Marketing Project Manager
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Fully Remote
Must work EST or CST time zone
$35-$40/hr Pay (depending on experience level)
40-hours a week, M-F, regular business hours
6-month contract
The Job & Qualifications
Significant experience working on a variety of marketing projects/collateral (paid social, print, email, etc.)
Significant experience managing website/digital projects, and in-depth understanding of web project workflows, terminology, etc.
Working with a variety of teams (Copy/Creative, UX, Development, scrum masters, project managers, and product marketers
Solid experience working in Adobe Workfront (project management system)
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, and schedules.
Facilitate project planning sessions and allocate resources effectively across projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.
Experience/ability in providing regular status updates/communications, managing/mitigating risks, evaluating trade-offs and proposing solutions, etc.
Experience managing multiple projects at one time (upwards of 20+ projects of varying sizes/complexity)
3-7 years experience in project management
