This is not a passive front desk role — we need someone who can confidently engage with clients, answer calls with a strategy, and help patients commit to ongoing treatment plans.
Responsibilities
This is not a passive front desk role — we need someone who can confidently engage with clients, answer calls with a strategy, and help patients commit to ongoing treatment plans.
· Answer inbound calls, educate clients on services, and convert inquiries into bookings.
· Greet patients, provide a premium experience, and offer next-step treatment options.
· Conduct post-treatment check-ins with patients to reinforce results and suggest maintenance packages.
· Manage schedules, follow up with leads, and track conversions in our system.
· Collaborate with providers to ensure excellent patient experience.
Requirements
· 1+ year of direct sales experience in a med spa, salon, dental office, fitness studio, or another client-facing business where upselling and converting leads was part of the job.
· Proven ability to hit sales targets and work with commission structures.
· Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable handling objections and promoting treatment packages.
· Professional, polished, and reliable.
· Comfortable working with scripts, tracking leads, and following up consistently.
Compensation & Incentives
· Base Pay: $20/hr.
· Retail Products: 5% commission on skincare/product sales.
· Services & Packages: 7% commission on laser packages and treatment bundles sold.
· Bonus Potential: Additional performance-based bonuses for hitting monthly client conversion targets.
