Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners and property owners through company provided leads to assess project needs and present tailored solutions for concrete coatings, painting, and exterior cleaning services.
  • Follow up with company-generated leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project to close, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Proven experience in outside sales
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Competitive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
