Field Superintendent | Residential Developments

$140,000 – $155,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits + Long-Term Career Progression

Are you a Field Superintendent with civil and utilities experience gained specifically on residential construction projects, looking for a senior field role within a growing, residential developer?

This is an opportunity to step into the first Superintendent position within a rapidly expanding business to support an expanding residential development portfolio. You will take responsibility for on-site delivery across multiple residential projects and play a key role in setting standards for how projects are planned, scheduled, and executed moving forward.

The company has a strong pipeline of repeat residential work across the Greater Bay Area and Southern California. This role offers clear long-term progression into senior construction leadership as the business scales.

The Role:

• Take full responsibility for field operations across multiple residential development sites
• Manage civil, utilities, foundations, and site finishing scopes on residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal construction teams to maintain programme and quality
• Drive scheduling, short-interval planning, and time-critical delivery
• Maintain strict standards across safety, quality, and site execution

You will work across a range of projects at any one time.

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on residential construction projects
• Strong background delivering civil and utilities scopes within residential builds
• Comfortable managing multiple job sites and fast-paced programmes
• Experience using construction management software such as Procore, AutoDesk, or similar
